Frédéric

Over the past 15 years, Frédéric has dedicated himself to entrepreneurship and innovation, whether as an operator, investor, or project leader. He has accompanied or led a dozen entrepreneurial projects in France and abroad in the new technologies sector.

He was made aware of the fragility of ecosystems at a very early age by his father, an engineer in soil microbiology, and was seduced by the initiative and values of the AMASISA team. He is convinced that commitment is the most effective way to fight for the preservation of the environment and joined AMASISA in 2015 as Managing Director and then President. Frédéric lives with his family in Provence as part of the almond tree plantation project AMANDERA.

Rémy

Rémy joined the AMASISA team in January 2019 as head of the Amandera subsidiary, which develops French organic dried fruit chains. Coming from one of the first pioneer families of producers committed to organic agriculture, Rémy pursued his agricultural studies with entomological research missions related to organic pest control at the University of California at Berkeley, before joining the cooperative sector via the SCOP Ethiquable to develop fair trade in France. He then accompanied cooperatives in the organic conversion of the fruit and vegetable sectors in the Pyrénées-Orientales region and certified the first French organic fair trade fruit sector “Nord-Nord”.

After 6 years in the management teams of the Organic Alliance group, leader of the French organic sector, his excellent knowledge of the European organic market and its outlets combined with his ability to anticipate future climatic and agronomic parameters and to research new agricultural techniques, allow him to build economically and ecologically sustainable agricultural models.

Based in Tarapoto, Peru, Leïla monitors our agroforestry and agroecological model as well as biodiversity aspects in the projects.
